Andrew Dowler's career began with a script sale to Elwy Yost's Saturday Night At The Movies. Since then, he has edited men's magazines Elite and Rustler, had one screenplay produced, written for television, written film critic for the late lamented Cinema Canada and been a film and TV trade reporter for Screen International and Moving Pictures International. He has also been a reader for Harlequin Romances and spent six years picking movies for Showcase Television.
