Q: Can you delete my first entry so I can resubmit?
A: No. When you enter in your contest info, double-check that the information is correct BEFORE clicking submit. Once you click submit, your entry is in and cannot be deleted.

Q: I am listed on your winner's list on nowtoronto.com but I never received a winning notification email. Why?
A: There are many reasons you may not receive an email from us:

• One reason could be that emails sent out in a group from contest@nowtoronto.com are seen as SPAM or JUNK MAIL in your email program and filtered into the appropriate folder. It may be a good idea to check in there before deleting anything.
• Another reason is incorrect email addresses entered into our system. We receive several returned notifications due to wrong addresses. Please double check that your address is correct before submitting.
• Lastly, we receive a lot of messages from servers who deny our message for one reason or another. To ensure that you have/haven't won, you can always check out our winner's lists after each contest closes on the contest page. If you see that you have won and did not receive an email, we can verify if it's you or not by emailing us at contest@nowtoronto.com. There will be times where there are technical errors out of our control. Emails sometimes get lost in cyberspace and cannot warrant an explanation, therefore we have the winner's list posted online as a back-up.

Q: How do you choose your winners?
A: All winners are chosen in a random, computerized draw. We do not hand pick winners for online contests. We do hand-pick winners from an enclosed ballot box if the contest involves ballots.

Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can win? I enter every week and never win, what's up?
A: There is no limit to how many times you can win our contests, although you cannot win more than one prize in the same contest. We receive thousands of contest entries each week. Becoming a winner is determined on the amount of ballots vs. the amount of prizing. It's all luck!

Q: What happens if I can't claim my prize by the deadline provided?
A: We will assign your prize to another winner or donate it to charity of it is not claimed by the pick-up date.

Q: Your site tells me I already entered even though I know I haven't entered this contest yet. What do I do?
A: If you are certain you have not entered, or no one else has entered with the same email address, please send an email to newmedia@nowtoronto.com and we will look into it for you.
