A new Fashion Week has popped up to satisfy our summer fixation with all things stylish and thrifty. From July 23 to 26, Frugal Fashion Week hits Queen West with a series of penny-pinching runway shows, sales and shop crawls at venues like Chasse Gardée (1084 Queen West, 416-901-9613), the Drake (1150 Queen West, 416-531-5042) and the Social (1100 Queen West, 416-532-4474).
