The numbers do attest to the power of the mating instinct. Only 6 per cent are ready to declare "single for keeps." When it comes to being in relationship, its interesting that more men (36 per cent) than women (27 per cent) live with their lovers, while more women (35 per cent) than men (25 per cent) are together but live separately. Still, there are many colours to affairs of the heart. Even the line between single and in relationship can be pretty fuzzy.
